Terms and Conditions for The KylaMo Brand®, KylaMo®, and the Kyla Monarch Entity®

Welcome to The KylaMo Brand®, KylaMo®, and the Kyla Monarch Entity®. By browsing this website and purchasing our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. In-Person Class Registrations and Payments
- Payment Processing: All payments for classes are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By registering, you agree to pay the specified fee for the class.
- Attendance: Access to the physical classroom is only granted to clients who have completed registration and payment successfully.
2. Cancellation and Transfer Policy
- Cancellations BEFORE 72 hours (3 days): Cancellations made BEFORE 72 hours, or 3 days of the scheduled class date will be eligible for one (1) class transfer within 30 days of the original class date. NO EXCEPTIONS. When rescheduling, the payment for the original class will be transferred as payment for the rescheduled class.
- Cancellations WITHIN 72 hours (3 days): Cancellations made WITHIN 72 hours, or 3 days of the scheduled class date will not be eligible for any refunds or transfers. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or instructor illness), you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund or a credit toward a future class.
3. Intellectual Property
- Class Materials: All content provided before, during or after our in-person classes—including worksheets, manuals, handouts, and physical or digital downloads—is the intellectual property of The KylaMo Brand®, KylaMo®, and the Kyla Monarch Entity®.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, share, photograph, video, record, resell, or distribute any class materials or lectures without our explicit written permission.
4. Rules of Conduct & Safety
- We expect all students to maintain a respectful, safe, peaceful, non-judgmental, and productive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any student from a class without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, rude, abusive, or harmful to the instructor or other attendees, in any manner.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The KylaMo Brand®, KylaMo®, and the Kyla Monarch Entity® provides educational, in-person training. By registering, you understand that you assume normal risks associated with participating in a classroom environment.
- While we strive to provide excellent training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from taking our classes. We are not liable for any personal property lost or damaged at the class venue.
6. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
